RPM provides custom CNC milling to our customers using our highly qualified trained CNC operators. We offer flexible production, stocking, and shipping options for medium and high volume applications.

Milling

Our large assortment of horizontal and vertical mills allow us to select the ideal machining match for any application. Our CAT40 and CAT50 horizontal mills are capable of machining up to 500mm. Our vertical mills machine up to 20” x 50” with 4th and 5th axis capabilities. We are able to increase output and reduce cost by utilizing turntables and robots, maximizing production speed and automation.
