Our honing tools and fixtures are recognized industry-wide for their craftsmanship. Unique designs, material selection, and efficient processes allow us to produce world-class honing tools and fixtures. We specialize in small-bore applications typically, but not limited to, bores ranging from .157″ in diameter up to 10″ in diameter.
We also offer tool rebuilding services with a quick turnaround time.
Abrasives
Our honing superabrasives are available in both Diamond and Cubic Boron Nitride (Borazon). We are able to fit our honing stones into both new and existing tooling. Stones and pads are also available in mounted and unmounted sets. Our diamond abrasives come in a large variety of sizes and configurations that will fit most brands of honing tools including: Sunnen, Barnes, Nagel, Gehring, Micromatic, Kadia, General Hone, Toyo, and many others.
