Our full range of CNC machining services covers turning, Swiss machining, milling, and value-added services all supported by heat treating, EDM, grinding, and coating coordination. We produce components from 3/8 inch to 3-inch diameter on bar-fed turning cells, with turning capacity up to 25.5 inches diameter for chucked workpieces. Our milling department handles prismatic parts up to 20 by 50 inches on vertical machining centers, and up to 500mm on horizontal centers with 4th-axis rotary capability.

What is the minimum and maximum part size RPM can machine?
Our bar-fed turning covers parts from 3/8″ to 3.2″ diameter with bar stock up to 12 feet long. Chucked turning handles parts up to 25.5″ diameter. Milling envelopes reach up to 20″×50″ on vertical machining centers and 500mm on horizontal centers.
Does RPM sell direct or through distributors?
We sell exclusively direct to manufacturers. There is no distributor between you and our shop. The price you receive is our price from the machines that make your parts.
