Our CNC milling department covers both vertical and horizontal machining configurations. Vertical machining centers run 3-axis work up to 5-axis simultaneous for complex compound-angle geometry. Our 5-axis vertical machines provide a 20 by 50 inch work envelope with simultaneous 5-axis interpolation for complex surface profiles.
Horizontal machining centers with 4th-axis rotary tables handle multi-sided parts and heavy workpieces castings, forgings, weldments, and large manifolds that require machining on multiple faces in a single setup. Having both configurations means we select the right machine for your part rather than forcing every job onto one machine type.

Robotic Automation for High-Volume Milling
Robotic automation is available on select milling cells for high-volume prismatic parts. Robots load and unload parts to and from our milling machines, enabling unattended overnight and weekend production runs. This extends our milling capacity beyond standard shifts without adding headcount, and delivers the consistent cycle times that high-volume milling programs require.
