Request a QuoteTurning Capability Built for Complex Parts
Resolute Precision Manufacturing is a precision CNC turning company providing reliable CNC turning services for prototypes, production runs, and complex turned components. Our custom CNC turning capabilities support everything from simple cylindrical parts to multi-feature parts that would otherwise require several machining operations.
Our fleet of CNC turning centres includes 2-axis lathes, Y-axis dual-spindle machines, 9-axis mill/turn machines, and Swiss CNC machines. Each part is matched to the machine that produces it most efficiently, which keeps quality consistent and cost under control.

Swiss CNC Turning for Long, Slender Parts
For long, slender components that need excellent concentricity and surface finish, our Swiss CNC turning centers support the workpiece right at the cutting zone using a guide bushing. This lets us produce precision CNC turning parts that would deflect or vibrate on a conventional lathe, such as small-diameter pins, medical instrument bodies, and fine threaded components.
Bar-Fed Production for Consistent High Volume
Our bar-fed setup accepts bar stock from 3/8 inch to 3.2 inches in diameter and up to 12 feet long. Automatic bar feeders support continuous production with minimal operator intervention, and select cells can be loaded for unattended overnight runs.
For larger chucked workpieces, our CNC turning centres handle diameters up to 25.5 inches and lengths up to 44 inches. These capabilities let us support both high-volume production and specialized custom CNC turning requirements.
Customized CNC Turning for Special Requirements
Not every part fits a standard process. Our customized CNC turning service covers unusual geometry, hard-to-machine materials, tight tolerance requirements, and application-specific details. Send us a drawing or a sample, and our engineers will recommend the right machine, tooling, and process for the job.
Applications for Precision Turned Parts
CNC turning parts from RPM serve applications across many industries. If your product needs a cylindrical or round component, including shafts, bushings, fittings, valve bodies, fasteners, spacers, pins, or sleeves, our CNC turning company can produce CNC turning components to your specified material, dimensions, tolerances, and production volume.
- Fluid power: valve spools, hydraulic fittings, cylinder components, metering pins
- Medical devices: implant components, instrument bodies, Swiss-turned surgical parts
- Automotive: high-volume sub-assembly fasteners and sensor components
- Aerospace: tight-tolerance aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium turned components
- Custom fasteners: screws, bolts, inserts, threaded fittings, specialty hardware

Frequently Asked Questions
We turn all standard industrial metals including steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, brass, aluminum, copper, bronze, titanium, and zinc plus engineering plastics including Delrin, PEEK, nylon, polycarbonate, HDPE, PTFE, ABS, and PVC.
Yes. We produce prototype quantities from one piece and scale to production runs of hundreds of thousands of parts using the same equipment and setups.
We routinely hold tolerances of ±0.001″ or better. Swiss CNC achieves ±0.0005″ or tighter on small-diameter parts. Achievable tolerance depends on geometry, material, and feature requirements.
Yes. All bar-fed lathes have live tooling cross-holes, flats, slots, and keyways are machined in the same setup as turning. No secondary milling operation is required.
